#2 the fault in our stars

it took me a few weeks to read the secret garden......it was a fairly easy read, but it wasn't the kind of book that i just couldn't put down. the fault in our stars by john green was a book that i just couldn't put down.

the fault in our stars leaves your heart aching. it makes you do the ugly cry......oh you know.....

now, i didn't cry while i was reading this book. that's not to say that i didn't want to......i didn't feel like the school pick up line was the right spot to break out the ugly cry. i took a deep breath and regained my composure. but seriously, if i think too much about hazel and gus, the tears will be flowing.

it was weird reading about places like.....

Castleton Square Mall

Holliday Park

Broad Ripple Farmers Market

and.......

Crown Hill Cemetery

all places that i've been to several times....you just don't think of them as book worthy, but it was pretty cool seeing the names of these places in print and knowing that people all over were reading this book too and wondering what the broad ripple farmers market was like!

the movie is coming out this year......you should read the book before then. go and get it from your library or buy your own copy or borrow mine!

here is my reading list now....2 books down 24 to go!
